We aim to address service, privacy and conduct concerns fairly. Keep your website reference number, registered phone/email and a brief chronology ready. Do not email passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs or full card credentials.
Level 1 — Customer support
Email varaprasad@pranavicapitalsolutions.in with the subject “Customer Grievance – [Reference Number]”, or call +91 90324 96769. We will acknowledge a complete complaint as soon as reasonably practicable and ordinarily aim to provide a response within 7 working days. Complex cases involving a provider may take longer; we will communicate material updates.
Level 2 — Grievance Officer
If the issue remains unresolved, mark the email “Escalation to Grievance Officer”.
Provider complaints
Where the complaint concerns a lender, insurer, investment provider or distribution platform, we may forward or guide you to that entity’s grievance officer. Use the grievance details in the provider’s Key Fact Statement, sanction letter, policy, statement or official website. If a complaint against an RBI-regulated entity is not resolved within the prescribed period or the response is unsatisfactory, eligible complaints may be filed through the RBI Complaint Management System. This does not replace other statutory consumer remedies.
Insurance complaints
Complaints concerning insurance sourced through our POSP channel will be promptly forwarded to Policybazaar Insurance Brokers Private Limited and/or the relevant insurer. Customers should also use the grievance details printed in the policy document or available on the provider's official website. Claim acceptance and settlement remain solely with the insurer; we assist with routing documents and communications but do not act as a claims consultant.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, consent withdrawal or deletion requests, write “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may verify your identity before acting and may retain information required for an active application, fraud prevention, legal obligation or dispute.
Emergency fraud reporting
If money has been transferred due to suspected cyber fraud, contact your bank immediately and use the Government of India cybercrime reporting channels, including helpline 1930 or the official National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal.
