Do not submit PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, passwords, OTPs, card PINs or other sensitive documents in the website remarks box. If documents are required later, our team will explain the appropriate authorised channel and purpose.

- To understand indicative eligibility and identify potentially suitable products.
- To coordinate application processing, documentation and status communication.
- To prevent fraud, protect our website, maintain consent and service records, and comply with applicable law or contractual obligations.

3. Consent and lawful use
When you submit the application form, you affirmatively consent to the uses and sharing described beside the checkbox and in this policy. You may withdraw consent for future processing by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed and may prevent us from continuing the requested service.
4. When we share information
For your requested service, we may share relevant information on a need-to-know basis with suitable authorised DSAs or distribution platforms, banks, NBFCs, housing-finance companies, insurers, asset-management or other regulated product providers and their authorised service partners. Each recipient may conduct its own assessment and apply its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data as a standalone commercial list.
We may also use essential hosting, database and transactional-email service providers acting for us, and disclose information when required by law, court order or a competent authority.
5. Retention and security
Enquiry records are ordinarily retained for up to three years from the last meaningful interaction, unless a shorter period is appropriate or a longer period is required for an active application, complaint, legal obligation, fraud prevention, audit or contractual record. We use access controls and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards; however, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
6. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request a summary of your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, withdrawal of consent, deletion of data no longer required, or grievance redressal. Send the request from your registered email or provide sufficient information for identity verification. We will never ask for an OTP or password to process a privacy request.

We may contact you through phone, email, SMS or WhatsApp only in connection with your enquiry, application or service relationship, and as otherwise permitted by law. You can ask us to stop non-essential follow-ups. Transactional or legally necessary messages may still be sent.
8. Cookies and external links
The public website does not intentionally use advertising cookies. Essential authentication or security technologies may be used for restricted administrative functions. External provider, map and social-media links are governed by their respective privacy practices.
9. Children
This enquiry service is intended for persons aged 18 years or above. We do not knowingly solicit loan applications from children.
